The Smith & Wesson SD40VE is a full size .40 S&W pistol built for home defense and range use. It uses a 4 inch stainless barrel, a black polymer frame, and a satin stainless slide. Two magazines give 14+1 capacity, and the pistol weighs 22.7 ounces with a 7.2 inch overall length.
The Self Defense Trigger is a striker fired system made for a consistent pull from the first shot to the last. Dovetailed white dot sights and a Picatinny rail keep the pistol ready for irons or a light. size is perfect and i like the finger grips under the barrel. only problem is it takes all the strength you have to load the clip? hopfully ill have the spare clip loaded if somthing bad comes up !
